As the construction machinery is a special vehicle, the operators shall receive training and guidance, have a full understanding of the structure and performance of the machine, and obtain certain operation and maintenance experience before operating the machine. Before operating the machine, be sure to read the Operation and Maintenance Manual and carry out operation and maintenance as required.

Pay attention to the working load during the running in period. Half of the working load during the running in period shall not exceed 60% of the rated working load. Appropriate workload shall be arranged to prevent overheating of the site caused by long-term continuous operation of the machine. Pay attention to observe the indication of each instrument frequently. In case of any abnormality, stop the machine in time to eliminate it. Stop the operation before the cause is found and the fault is eliminated.

Check the level and quality of lubricating oil, hydraulic oil, coolant, brake fluid and fuel oil (water) frequently, and check the tightness of the whole machine. It is found that there is too much oil and water in the inspection, and the cause should be analyzed. At the same time, the lubrication of each lubricating point should be strengthened. It is recommended that during the running in period, each shift should add lubricating grease to the lubricating point (except for special requirements).

Keep the machine clean, adjust and fasten the loose parts in time to prevent the wear of parts or loss of parts due to looseness.
